When does the microphone open?
Only when the visitor clicks Gerry, and the browser asks them first. It closes when the conversation ends. No passive listening, no wake-word detection in the page.
Is audio recorded?
Audio goes live to our voice partner to run the conversation; nothing is recorded by us. We keep the minutes used and the actions taken. What the partner retains for the conversation to run is governed by its certified controls and set out in the DPA.
What does Gerry read from my page?
The title, the URL path, and elements you explicitly mark with data-katman-context. No form fields, cookies, storage or free page text. Our logs carry no page content at all.
What can Gerry do on my site?
Exactly what your site map allows: the filters, the pages and the one form it names. Our server never runs an action itself; the page does. Anything else gets a fixed, non-generated reply.
Where does the data go?
Live audio to OloVoice, a Türkiye-based voice platform certified to ISO/IEC 27001, 27701 and 42001, which masks personal data before any text reaches a language model. Our API and database run on cloud providers under contract. The full sub-processor list comes with the DPA.
GDPR and KVKK?
The microphone prompt is the consent moment and the notice is one tap away. You are the controller, we process on your behalf under a DPA that is ready to sign. Our voice partner is KVKK and GDPR compliant and ISO/IEC 27701 certified for privacy management.

Does it work with my platform?

Any site that renders a filtered list in the browser: custom code, WordPress, Shopify, ikas, a headless storefront. The script tag is the same everywhere; the site map is what changes.

Does it change my SEO or speed?

No. The script loads deferred after your page, adds no cookies and never touches your markup. Filters are applied through the same URLs your site already uses.

What if a visitor asks something unrelated?

Gerry gives one fixed, non-generated line and offers to help with the site. It does not chat about the weather.

How long does setup take?

Send the address of your search page. Within 48 hours the map is attached and Gerry works your filters. You review it in the panel and go live when you like.

Which languages?

English and Turkish today, with the voice, the recognition and the labels following the visitor's language. More on request.

What do I pay for?

Conversations, with minutes underneath. A visitor who clicks and talks is one conversation; a long one counts as two. You see both live and set a cap.
